California is about sunshine. California is about movie. California is about wine. Where vineyards are beautiful. Where wines are crystal clear. Where you cannot fail. Many regions are waiting for you. Napa? Russian River? Sonoma? And so on! California provides you everything what you would like to know about wine. On the field. In the cellars. In the bottle. Let’s come with us into the state.

Grape, Grape, and Wine. Napa Valley. Photo Dracisk ©
napa valleyAs California is a New World winemaker their fruity wines are known worldwide. Its climate is perfect for vulticulture. Many wineries are in the state. We will show you the three best-known regions. Our motto: The aroma of vine ripened grapes surrounds you as you observe firsthand the various techniques and procedures that occur in the wine making process.

Sonoma County/Sonoma Valley. Sonoma Mountains to the west. It’s beautiful, with verdant valleys and redwood groves. Nice picture. Planted area is 20.000 acres. More than 250 wineries. You can find here more than 20 great varieties. Facts that show Sonoma is big.  Louis Martini Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon from 2006 is a big name as well.

Licorice wine can be bought on average price. Well-known vineyards: Roche, Viansa, Homewood, Cline Cellars, and Benziger Family wineries, you can take a tour and taste their best wines.

The county sprawls through warm valleys shielded from any Pacific influence and cool ones defined by ocean wind and fog. The cooling effect peters out as you get into Sonoma Valley proper, so warmer-weather grapes thrive: Sauvignon Blanc, Cabs, Syrah and Zinfandel. Like spicy Lake Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel from 2007.

Napa Valley. Located north of the San Francisco Bay Area. The Valley has an almost mystical ambiance that is hard to describe, but easy to discern. More than 300 wineries now have located in the Valley. While wine production is done in many different areas of California, having a Napa tours and Sonoma Tours could be finest because these regions is what people think of when they think of wine country tours.

Most people visiting Napa Valley focus, of course, on the wine and the many fine restaurants that have chosen to locate in the Valley. Shopping also is a big part of any Napa holiday. Great, special varietals here the Sangiovese, Dolcetto, Barbera and of course every famous grapes as well, like the 2005 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines age beautifully. When young they are best matched with robust red meat dishes; older ones are superb accompaniments to roasts and steaks, and also complement many cheeses.

Russian River Valley. Our third choice was this beautiful place which located north of Sonoma County. Russian River is part of that sub region and in there you will find Alexander Valley, Chalk Hill, Dry Creek Valley, Green Valley, Rockpile, and Sonoma Coast. From the superb vineyards we choose firstly Hartford Family Winery. This is a family-owned winery which specializes in single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and old vine Zinfandel. The wines produced express the character of their unique vineyards. Balletto has four vineyards in the Russian River Valley from which we receive grapes to make wine. The main vineyard and the Winery are located at 5700 Occidental Road in Santa Rosa, California. They are just Southwest of another family owned and operated winery: Hanna Winery. Specializing in Russian River Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Make your Russian River wine tour reservation and allow us to exceed your expectation and make a memorable and a joyful day for you and your guest. Our special offer from this region is a Rosé! JCB N°69 Pinot Noir Rosé from 2007.

Enjoy your tour!
